Linda understands how organizations work. She is an organizational behaviour expert and has a firm background in areas as diverse as the criminal justice system, site security, service industry, military, health care, construction and an eight-year post secondary education career during which she taught Human Resource Management, Business Law, and Communications. She holds a BA from Laurentian University with majors in Psychology and Law & Justice. She obtained her certificates in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University and in Business Administration from Red River College. The Canadian Society of Safety Engineers has designated her as a Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC). Linda has also work experience as a health and safety consultant with one of Ontario's Safe Work Associations. That's Linda's capsulated formal background.
