Needs assessments:
You're not sure if you and your firm is being duly diligent and meeting the requirements of all the health and safety legislation. Linda will perform a health and safety audit and generate a report that leads to a specific health and safety plan for your company or organization.
Program development:
You realize that if your health and safety program is not well documented you're not being as diligent as you should be. Linda produces a clear and concise health and safety manual that documents policies and procedures and identifies responsibilities and those accountable. Most importantly, her health and safety program manuals are focused on the specific needs of your organization. They are also written in plain language so every level of your company can use them with ease.
Loss avoidance and risk management:
Many firms realize after the fact the need to analyze their accident trends and identify the causes of accidents. Linda provides a systematic way of investigating incidents to determine the root causes and to implement corrective safety actions. She can help you establish a safety-oriented culture at your place of business.
Work site inspections:
You want your work place inspected by someone from outside your organization. Linda's trained eye can spot potential work site problems before incidents happen. Her practical work site inspections can help your personnel really understand the phrase: "an accident waiting to happen."
WSIB Claims Management:
Your WSIB Claims Management needs improvement. Linda develops Early and Safe Return to Work policies and procedures and will conduct a Pysical Demands Analysis that will help you to modify the employee's ob to enable an early return to work. The objective is always to minimize lost time in a way that benefits both the company and the employee.
JHSC and Worker Representative Training and Assistance:
Your Worker Representative or Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) members cannot be truly effective without an itemized Terms of Reference to help establish a safety culture in you business or organization. They need to know what the law requires them to do, what you want them to do, how they're to do what has to be done, and how and to whom they should report their findings. In addition, they (and you) need to know how their reports and concerns will be responded to. Linda provides her expertise on all of these fronts and also prepares staff for JHSC certification.
Workwell:
WSIB has informed you that you're going to receive a Workwell audit. Linda can help you prepare to pass the first one or ensure success on consecutive ones if you've had previous unsatisfactory results.
Respirator Fit Testing
